Eligibility:
The rewards program is open to all users of the Notifs app who comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
All participants must be logged in with a registered email to participate in the program.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Notifs App and OAX Foundation Limited are not eligible to participate.
Stars Accumulation:
Users can earn stars by completing specific tasks, activities, or achievements within the Notifs app.
The number of stars earned for each task will be clearly communicated within the app.
Stars earned may be subject to verification by Notifs App and can only be awarded upon successful verification.
Stars earned through the referral program will only be accounted for when the referred user have used the Notifs app > 2 consecutive days login.
Redeeming Prizes:
Users can redeem their accumulated stars for specified prizes available in the rewards catalog within the Notifs app.
The number of stars required for each prize will be clearly communicated within the app and spent upon redeemed.
Each reward at each tier level may only be redeemed once per user.
Prizes in rewards are limited and subject to availability at the time of redemption. In the event that all prizes are claimed and no longer available, there will be no further redemption. Prizes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Notifs reserves the right to modify or substitute the prize anytime without prior notice.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a specified period, the prize may be forfeited.
Star Expiration:
Stars earned through the rewards program have an expiration date. The specific expiration policy will be communicated within the app.
An alert will be sent to users 2 months prior star expiration.
Expired stars will be forfeited and not eligible for redemption or extension.
Program Modifications:
Notifs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice.
Notifs may update the tasks, prizes, stars earning rates, or any other program details as deemed necessary.
Privacy and Data Collection:
By participating in the rewards program, users acknowledge and agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of OAX Foundation.
Participants may be required to provide additional information or complete necessary documentation for the purpose of prize fulfillment. If information is not provided within a stipulated time frame and/or information is deemed not available or sufficient, we reserve the right to withdraw the redemption.
Limitation of Liability::
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Notifs shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the rewards program or the use of any prizes.
Notifs shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays related to the rewards program.
Governing Law::
The rewards program and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the rewards program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong S.A.R.
Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and OAX Foundation Limited (referred to herein as “Notifs”) regarding the rewards program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings in respect of the subject matter.
Unique User Redemption
Each prize redemption is limited to one per unique user of the Notifs app.
Notifs reserves the right to verify the identity of the user before prize redemption. It is at Notifs discretion to proceed with the prize redemption process upon completion of identity verification.
If Notifs suspects that the same person is attempting to redeem a prize through multiple accounts, it reserves the right to disqualify the user from the rewards program and withhold the prize.
